Chorver Internet Technologies offers several backup options for hosting customers.
For backup of key data or configuration files, our netbackup service is ideal. We give you blocks of 100MB's of disk space on one of our RAID5 servers to enable you to store daily or weekly incremental backups or even individual files from your server environment. We make access to this facility over the network via secure FTP or a supplied Java Applet. We in turn back these files up to our off-site 13 hour rated fire proof safe.
Alternatively if you are a co-located customer and have a tape drive installed, or for a rental customer, we can supply a tape drive with tapes to your specification. We will then rotate on a week daily basis to an off-site 13 hour rated fire proof safe for free.
Plus, optionally, if you supply self-addressed stamped envelopes, we can post a tape to you whenever you require (either as a one off request or on a regular schedule).
Hosted customers receive the netbackup service for free. This will enable you to store your backups with us, updating your files over the Internet.
